Bali Capital Connect bridges the gap between Bali’s top business leaders and active investors looking to buy, finance, franchise, or invest in local businesses.

Each listing is shared with a network of 1,200+ investors, buyers, and business professionals, and on average, receives 3 serious investor enquiries, with some of the strongest deals seeing up to 10 enquiries.

Our mission is simple: to empower Bali-based enterprises by connecting them with the capital and strategic partners they need to grow.

How It Works:

1) Submit the form below with the key details of your deal. While not every field is required for all deal types, but the more information you provide, the more likely you are to attract serious interest.

2) Once approved listings will be posted anonymously, so you won’t be publicly identified unless you choose to be.

3) Interested parties will email you directly to request more information. After that it’s up to you whether you want to share details and reveal your identity.

4) From there, it’s up to both parties to take the conversation forward. Bali Capital Connect does not mediate, facilitate deals, or take commissions, and all negotiations and due diligence are the responsibility of the participants.

Please Note:

- We only accept serious business listings from Bali. At this time, we do not accept land or off-plan property deals.

- All listings are shared for informational purposes only. Bali Capital Connect does not conduct due diligence on behalf of group members. It is your responsibility to perform your own due diligence and make informed investment decisions.

Short Title Description About Your Business & The Deal

This title will be the first thing people see, so we recommend clearly explaining both your business and the type of deal you're seeking. For example: - Co-Working Space Looking to Franchise
- Well-Known Italian Restaurant Looking to Sell
- Fast-Growing Pool Business Seeking Investment
- Coffee Company Seeking Working Capital Loan

Short Description About The Deal Itself

Following on from the Title Description, this will be where you can share the specific details about the deal your looking to make. For example: - USD 250k equity investment for 17.5% ownership (Investment) - USD 100K working capital loan, 3-year term at 18% annual interest (Financing) - USD 4.5 Million, includes equipment and leasehold (M&A) - Initial fee of USD 50K + 5% royalty on revenue (Franchising)

Is there a Minimum Ticket Size for this Deal?

Setting a minimum ticket size (or investment size) helps investors clearly understand the investment commitment you're looking for. It also helps you attract the right type of investors — whether you're aiming for a few larger commitments, many smaller ones, or a mix of both. For example:
- Minimum ticket size: USD 5K
- Typical ticket range: USD 100K–500K depending on investor interest
- Preference for a single investor, if possible Note: A smaller minimum ticket size usually attracts more investors - but the tradeoff is more paperwork and more people to manage.

Will you Offer Seller Financing for this Deal?

Seller financing is when the seller lets the buyer or investor pay part of the purchase price over time, rather than all upfront. Typically, the buyer makes a down payment, with the remainder repaid in instalments (often from the business’s profits) under agreed terms such as interest or profit-sharing.

This approach can make your deal significantly more attractive: as it lowers upfront capital requirements, broadens the pool of potential investors, and can even help you support a higher valuation. For example:

- USD 1.3M Upfront + USD 250k Y1 & USD 250k Y2 (from profits).
- 30% down, remaining paid over 24 months at 10% annual interest or
- No seller financing available
Note: In markets like Bali/Indonesia, where due diligence can be challenging, seller financing also helps to boost buyer confidence and helps speed up deal closure.

Step 4: Please Help Describe Your Business

In a few paragraphs, describe your business and the opportunity. Focus on what makes your business exciting and why you’re offering this deal. You can choose to stay anonymous if you prefer, or include identifiable business if you believe it will help promote your business. Here’s what we suggest you include: - Business Overview: What your business does, how long you've been doing it for and what makes it unique or special. - Performance & Traction: Revenue, growth, customer base, or key milestones achieved. - Opportunity & Timing: Why now is the right moment and what the opportunity offers to the right person. - Team & Operations: Team size, whether there’s a Managing Director/General Manager in place, and how much time the current owner spends on the business every week. - Deal Offering: What you’re looking for (investment, loan, buyer, or partner). - Transition & Handover: Help explain what level of support or updates the new owner/investor will get after the deal closes.

Example: We run a profitable wellness-focused F&B brand in Bali with multiple outlets and a loyal, fast-growing customer base. Founded in 2020, the business has built a reputation for premium healthy dining and strong community engagement, making it one of the most trusted names in the space. Over the past four years, we’ve achieved consistent revenue growth of 25% year-on-year, maintained healthy profit margins, and expanded our customer base to both residents and tourists. The timing is ideal as Bali’s wellness tourism market is rebounding strongly post-pandemic, with rising demand for healthy lifestyle brands. Our team of 50 staff, led by a full-time General Manager and senior kitchen leadership, manages day-to-day operations — allowing the current owner to focus mainly on growth initiatives for an average of two days per week. We are offering the business for sale, including all assets (approx. USD 200K), licenses, brand IP, and long-term leases. With consistent annual revenues of around USD 900K and a proven operating model, this is a fully turnkey operation ready for a smooth handover. To ensure a smooth transition, we will provide up to 6 months of handover support and strategic guidance, helping the incoming investor or partner maximize returns.

Step 5: Please Enter Key Financial Details

While not all deal types require every field to be filled in, but the more details you provide, the more likely you are to attract serious interest. So give it your best shot!

When sharing key financial details, use your Trailing 12 Months (TTM) as the benchmark, or share your Annual Run Rate/ARR (current monthly performance annualised) if that gives a more accurate picture of growth. If you’re Not Yet Revenue Generating, simply state “Pre-revenue” or project next year’s revenue, and for profit say “Not yet profitable” or “Break-even expected by Q[X] [20XX].”

For profit metrics, you can use Annual EBITDA (a standard operating measure) or Annual SDE (Seller’s Discretionary Earnings: EBITDA plus owner’s salary and discretionary expenses), which shows the full benefit to a single owner-operator.

When it comes to the valuation multiple, loan terms, or cap rate, keep it clear:

- Equity deals: Use multiples like “3x Profit” or “1x Revenue.” - Loan deals: Outline terms such as “18% per annum over 3 years” or “Revenue-share loan.” - Property/Hospitality deals: Use a cap rate to value based on expected annual return (e.g., $100k profit at a 10% cap rate = $1M valuation).

And remember, while these details are public, your name and company stay private until you choose to share them.
